- Mark Consuelos as Spivey
Spivey is “one of the inmates, and he likes to mix it up with everybody in the asylum,” Consuelos says. “I can’t get too specific, but he deserves to be there.”
- Naomi Grossman as Pepper
Pepper (here approaching Sarah Paulson’s Lana Winters) “is very special. She’s not there for rehab, she’s there forever.” Pepper may have drowned a baby and cut off its ears and definitely has a penchant for leaving the hospital’s walls. “I worry for Pepper at night”, says Grossman.
